The estate, built between 1925 and 1936, features a manor style with elements of modernism, characterized by sloping roofs, mansards, and decorative cornices.

The interior of the apartment refers to Art Nouveau curves and delicate pastel cream tones, creating an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. Subtle shades of beige, ecru, light gray, and the trendy dusty blue of the season dominate.

The design preserved historical elements - among others, the wooden doors have been meticulously restored, retaining their original character and highlighting the uniqueness of the apartment.
